Shipping policy

all decks are made and ready to ship. orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

shipping rates are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer. delivery time begins after your order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier.

tracking information will be provided when available. prest is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by their country or shipping carrier.

European Union customers: Notwithstanding our all-sales-final policy, customers in the European Union may cancel or return an eligible order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
